We want you to love your University Co-op gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and you have your receipt or order confirmation for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
